Michelle serves as the Chief Villager at The Virtual Nation, an educational destination for Virtual Professionals and is located in Citrus Heights, CA. She is also the President of her private, Virtual Professional practice, Michelle Ulrich & Company. In addition, Michelle is currently an adjunct faculty member at Shasta College in Redding, CA where she teaches an online class called, Creating and Managing the Virtual Office.

Prior to joining The Virtual Nation, Michelle served as Vice President at Green Office Solutions, Inc. and as a Virtual Assistant at Reflections of You. At present, Michelle is a founding member of The Virtual Nation, member of Sacramento Speaker’s Network, IVAA, CBEA, NBEA, ISBE and BESAC.

Michelle has been a committee member and chair person for the Business Education Statewide Advisory Committee for two years and will soon be working on her third year. She and her committee will be working on final curriculum refinements with the Virtual Office Management program.Michelle attended American River College where she studied Environmental Biology Management and Liberal Arts and earned an Associates of Arts degree in 2007. There’s a long story about why it took her so long to accomplish, but she can share that story another time or privately. She plans to begin working on her bachelor’s degree in Fall 2008.

Michelle's core expertise includes working with clients who struggle to keep up with eCommerce and new technologies. Michelle's role in Michelle Ulrich & Company is a Business and Internet Marketing Strategist. In her personal time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, children and extended family and friends, as well as reading historical fiction, boating, flying with her husband as his companion in their Cessna 172 airplane and of course, traveling.
