Michelle Simms is a personal development coach and founder of SimmsInternational.com. She is a certified emotional intelligence coach, certified TeleSeminar leader providing services to individuals around the world.

Michelle founded Simms International LLC, with the goal of helping people be more effective, build better relationships, and establish themselves as a leader who delivers results. Her ideal client is not defined by a specific profession, but by the passion they have to grow.

Her specialty is emotional intelligence, particularly for sales performance. She coaches her clients to reach and exceed their goals by focusing on their strengths and their ability to develop their emotional intelligence. Michelle is well known for her step-by-step down to earth delivery of “emotional intelligence for beginners.”

Michelle is a PhD candidate at Walden University specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology (expected September 2007). She has a MS in Consulting Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology (San Diego) and a BA in Applied Behavioral Science from The Leadership Institute of Seattle. She is an author, speaker, regular contributor for business journals, certified in EI, and conducts TeleSeminars on emotional intelligence topics.
